Refund policy
Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns unless there’s as an error on our part or if something is wrong with the product. If you require a refund, you must email us for an approval.
To request a return, email us at herartsglitterco@gmail.com. Returns will incur a re-stocking fee of 20%. Refunds will only include price paid for item, not including shipping, if paid.
If your return is due to our error, we’ll send you a paid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be refunded or returned.

Damages and issues
We inspect your product before it is shipped but things happen, so please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If something is wrong with your order, you have 7 days to notify us.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on opened items or gift cards. Other items may not be returnable. Please contact us for return authorization by emailing HerArtsGlitterCo@gmail.com.
Exchanges
Exchanges will be done only on products that arrived damaged or incorrect. If you need to return an item for a different one, follow the procedures for returns and order the product that you want. New orders follow current discount schedule on that order. We will not honor past quantities for discounts.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
